Description

This fabulous five bedroom home is situated on the newly built Sandy Ridge Development. Ideally located for all the main Orlando attractions and close to the championship golf courses of Reunion and Champions Gate. Furnished to a very high specification with 2 Master En-suites, this home is ideal for a large family or two families sharing. The pool and spa overlook the pond, the ideal setting for that evening cocktail after a long day at the parks. The gulf coast is only 55 minutes away. Disney parks are 10 minutes away. This home now has free Internet access available to guests.(not wi fi, bring a cable!)
The villa’s family room is nicely furnished with Sofas, TV/DVD/VCR player, phone, ceiling fan, tables and lamps.
There is also further space in the formal living area which is comfortably furnished with sofas (one of which converts to a double bed), ceiling fan, tables and lamps.
The fully equipped kitchen has all the appliances and equipment that you will need to create family meals and snacks and there is a separate formal dining area with seating for 6 as well as a further more casual dining space for a further 6 guests.
Master bedroom 1 has a King size bed, nightstands, lamps, walk in closet, alarm clock, dresser, tv, ceiling fan. This great bedroom also has a private en suite bathroom consisting of large corner tub bath, walk in shower, twin sinks and toilet, hair dryer
Upstairs there is a second master bedroom suite with King size bed, dresser, nightstands, lamps, alarm clock, tv, walk in closet, ceiling fan. The private en suite bathroom has a bath, shower, toilet and sinks and a hair dryer
The third bedroom is also a master suite with Queen size bed, tv, chest of drawers, nightstands, lamps, built in closet, ceiling fan. The en suite bathroom has a walk in shower, sink, and toilet.
Bedrooms 4 and 5 both have 2 twin beds in each, tv’s, built in closets, chest of drawers, ceiling fans, nightstands and lamps. These bedrooms share a Jack n Jill bathroom consisting of bath with shower, toilet and sink.
There is a utility room with full size washer and dryer, iron and ironing board.
This wonderful home also has a PS2 games console for your enjoyment.
The pool is fitted with a removable safety fence and there is a large lanai and pool deck area in which to relax on the poolside furniture whilst overlooking your own private swimming pool with spa and the conservation and waterfront view.

Location

The location of Sandy Ridge is perfect, the area around is undeveloped, resulting in the feeling of a country retreat, yet the community is conveniently close to Junction 58 of the I4, giving access to Walt Disney World in less than 10 minutes. Marker 5 of the 192 can be reached in just 10 minutes via a quiet local road.

The Champions Gate development is just 2 minutes drive away and here you will find a Publix Supermarket, Macdonald's, Subway, a BP gas station, banking facilities and other small retail outlets.
There is also a Chinese takeaway and Italian, both of whom provide delivery to the Sandy Ridge area.

Golfers will find 2 Greg Norman designed courses and a David Leadbetter Golf Academy at Champions Gate. Even closer is the upscale resort of Reunion, home to 3 championship courses.

So, if your family vacation involves visiting the theme parks, golfing, shopping, or simply lazing by your own private pool, you could not find a better location than Sandy Ridge.

Guests please note that parking restrictions are enforced on this community. NO PARKING on any grass areas, vehicles will be towed!!
